Mexperience Privacy Policy

From time to time Mexperience may ask for personal information as part of the registration process for newsletters or other specified services delivered through the web site. All data collected will be treated with respect and adhere to this Privacy Policy.

Newsletter Registration

We respect your privacy. Your Newsletter registration contact details are never shared or passed on to any third parties.

Personal information entered when registering is protected under the terms of this Privacy Policy. When you register for the newsletter, only Mexperience will contact you. The personal information gathered to facilitate this service will be stored and used for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and contacting you in regard to Mexperience. Our Newsletter software determines which subscribers click on the Newsletter link sent each month so that we can know the engagement levels of our readers.  You may withdraw your Newsletter Subscription (“unsubscribe”) at any time by clicking the “one click/tap” unsubscribe link included in every Newsletter email, or by contacting us using the email address your newsletter is sent to asking for your subscription to be cancelled.

Living, Lifestyle & Leisure Services and Inquiries

In some cases, we offer you the opportunity to connect with living, lifestyle and leisure services in Mexico offered by third parties by means an inquiry form on Mexperience. This form asks you for your contact details and other information related to the inquiry so that a third party associate can contact you in regard to a service or opportunity you are interested in. The details you submit on the form(s) are stored on our inquiries system and shared with the person(s) offering the service or opportunity you are interested in, so that they can contact you and help with your inquiry. If you have questions or concerns about a person or company you have been connected to via Mexperience, please contact us.

Mexico eBook Purchases

When you purchase an eBook(s) from Mexperience, you share your name and email address with Mexperience at Checkout.  This information is stored on our Sales Ledger, alongside details of your order.  When you pay online using PayPal you agree separately to PayPal’s terms and privacy policy. We will use the email address you provided at the time of purchase to correspond with you in regard to your purchase(s), and may also use it to inform you about updates available in relation to your purchase(s).

Mexperience collects information about its users and Visitors in the following ways:

  • Non specific, non-personally-identifiable user for Web site Usage reports using website tracking software, services, and tools;
  • When you visit the Mexperience site, we automatically collect certain information about how you make use of our web site. This assists us when we consider what information and services we’ll supply in future and helps us to tailor information we publish to users’ interests and needs;
  • If you are subscribed to the free Mexperience Newsletter, when you click on the Newsletter link in the email we send, our software records that you have done so, indicating to us that you are an “active subscriber,” i.e. a subscriber who receives the email and reads the Newsletter;

Information We Share with Current or Prospective Advertisers/Clients/Partners

We may provide aggregate, non-personally-identifiable information to our current and prospective advertisers, clients, and business partners. For example, we may share information that tells advertisers that there are 10,000 people receiving a regular newsletter from Mexperience, but we won’t tell them that e.g. Joe Smith is is one of them, and we won’t tell them that his/her email address is ‘joe–’

Mexperience Working with Third Party Service Providers

We may associate ourselves with or employ third party service providers to help with certain projects or activities that will help us to improve our business or understand our customers or clients better.
