Use of Mexperience's Pictures
Photographs on Mexperience are protected by International Copyright Law, as well as by means of digital watermarking and digital tracking technologies.
It is a criminal offence to steal copyrighted material.
LIMITED LICENSE FOR EDUCATIONAL, CHARITY & NOT-FOR-PROFIT USE
Mexperience is pleased to allow educational institutions, charities and other not-for-profit organizations to make free use of its pictures of Mexico on the understanding that all of the following criteria are agreed to unconditionally:
- The use of the pictures is limited to a maximum of 10 (TEN) images per organization;
- The website must acknowledge Mexperience.com as the Copyright Owner of the image/s and also create an active link to www.mexperience.com next to each picture or group of pictures if they are used on the web. If the images are to be printed out or used inside other files (e.g. PowerPoint), you must acknowledge Mexperience as the owner of the copyright inside the file/s;
- Sites with political, offensive, abusive, pornographic material or material which we deem to be insalubrious or harmful may not under any circumstances use our pictures;
- Mexperience reserves the right to withdraw this limited License at any time
COMMERCIAL USE OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHS
We do not offer use of our photographs for commercial use.
